Description

BDGS Series rail powered transfer car gets the power from rails. The power source 380V- 690V alternating current is transformed into 36V alternating-current and connecting respectively with 3 rails. The current collector gets the 36V alternating-current from rails and passes it to transfer car. The step-up transformer will transform the voltage from 36V to 380V and feed power to traction motor to make the car start, stop, move forward move backward. The series car can run on S shape or Arc shape rails. It is safe and flexible, but the rails need to be insulated in erection. When the running distance is longer than 70m, the transformer needs to be increased to raise the voltage.
